Paul, Just got done test driving some vinyl on the new tt. Awesome!!!! Can hear guys talking in the background of the engine sound record. The Japanese direct to disc are fantastic. Floyd Meddle too. Between tracks, nothing but silence. The cable works great. When we reminisce, everything was better back in the day. Not always so! The sound is truly better today! Paul Kraft came to service our audio visual system in 2012 after our previous technician literally disappeared, taking with him some of our equipment. Paul was able to assess the remaining system components and make recommendations on how best to reconfigure the system, based on our current usage. Since the system had originally been setup over 12 years ago, there were many enhancements and newer state of the art components available which Paul thoroughly explained and suggested for incorporation into our system. He also offered to repair and/or liquidate components which we no longer needed which left us with credits which we eventually applied to a new projector for our video system, with which we are thoroughly pleased. Paul has been very helpful finding components which work well with our system and because he has many connections in the business, he has also found very good prices for these components as well. He has been attentive to our needs and sensitive to our budget and we have been completely satisfied with his technical skills. In short, he has played a very helpful role in getting our system back into working order and has improved it a great deal as well. We look forward to working with him in the future.
